Twelfth of Ten

I've not managed the semi-regular night time anniversary photo of our arrival this year but it seemed appropriate to mark that we've entered our twelfth year of what was to be a ten-year project.  Our thinking is that we'll be here for around another 5 years.

We're lining up to get the outside of the house tidied up and painted.  It looks fine from this distance but close up it becomes evident that it would benefit from a light touch of TLC throughout.  

We've been updating our history of the house and looking back over photos from past owners I'd guess it's not had anything other than patching for at least 30-40 years.
