Wound up in Wexford

Sloe

A rather more relaxed start to the day.  We had our Wednesday poached eggs on Thursday.  Then we completed a questionnaire for our tax accountant here in Ireland (it may be that in a couple of years we feel comfortable doing our own tax forms, but at the moment we are happier to get help from "someone who knows").

Then I went off to Wexford to the sewing group (just two of us today), and W tried to do some strimming in the meadow, but got rained off.  He then worked in the workshop.

I tried to buy Atta flour for more authentic chapatis, but the Asian Supermarket only sold it in 10+kg sacks - that would probably last us 10+ years!

On returning home, I took the camera for a walk round the garden.  We have a single sloe on the very immature, but growing well, mixed hedging planted in the spring last year.
