Reconnecting and TIE card

We were both quite tired this morning. Word puzzles and coffee. I slept reasonably well. Bb less so. However, we unpacked, washing machine on the go, watered plants, went through our mail. Bb attended an online 2hr session for upcoming work.

We walked out for a very late menu del dia in the barrio - meaning after 4pm. Then decided to go and pick up my new TIE card - permanent resident’s card - the one that was stolen over a year ago and that I only got an appointment with the National Police to start the process for a new one just before Rio. Off we went, expecting to have to queue. Miracles of miracles - in and out of the police office on Calle Mallorca in 10 minutes! So good to have a physical card again and I’m going to need it for work stuff - but that’s another story….or two!

My blip is at our local park. We walked through here after our menu del dia and before going to pick up my TIE. Good to see that plants are starting to climb over the frame and will provide shade in the future.
