Another full on day.
A morning spent tagging calves
An afternoon spent next door trying to get water to the farm and cattle troughs. The cottages will need to wait for the pressure to build up. Ended up pumping water back up the pipe to the collection tank in the wood . Eventually got it running sort of . 100 odd cattle were very glad.
Will need to see if the pressure builds up enough during the night.
Other jobs included filling more barley into the grain tower, stacking 3 trailer loads of straw into the shed and heading off down the road to feed the heifers. By the time I got home it was nearly dark.
