I've had the shakiest internet connection for months now, all attempts to resolve it failed. Until today.

This golden boy from Openreach installed a whole new line, was the embodiment of efficiency, courtesy and consideration making sure everything worked before he left.

The world needs more Ryans. All hail Ryan. Changed my life, he has. I feel like my oxygen supply has been reconnected.
