Chinese banquet

Fang, one of our visiting Chinese guests from Hangzhou, cooked us a delicious Chinese banquet this evening made up of six dishes.


They were: (1) peas with prawns, (2) chicken with carrot and green peppers, (3)trout steamed with ginger, cooking wine and Spring onions, (4) eggplant cooked with soya sauce, (5)Chinese leaves quick fry in oil, (6) salted cucumber with browb sugar Spring onions and heated oil.
