Unexpected.......

The wind howled last night and the temperature dropped, rain came and went, it was rather nippy round the bare ankles as I headed to the gym this morning - brrrr!

Once day broke and the sun shone it revealed why the weather had all of a sudden returned to winter, unexpected snow capping the Puketeraki Range and foothills was a beautiful sight against the blue sky, although it was rather cold.

I'm catching up with several back blips at long last :)
