Furled

I encountered this tropical looking plant on our scoot this morning. I'm not sure what it is, but it looks like it belongs in Hawaii or Tahiti, not Oregon. The flower is stunning, but I fell in love with the patterns and textures and colors in the leaves. I love this one, where you can see the maroon edging on the furled leaf and what it will look like unfurled.
