It's amazing what a difference a bit of rain makes. The temperature at work (and outside) made it much easier to concentrate today so I managed to make sense of quite a bit of stuff that just seemed like gobbledegook yesterday.

Cliche 'raindrops on roses' shot. The cats wouldn't stay still enough for the 'whiskers on kittens' shot.

London tomorrow, and then on Sunday morning I'm going to be meeting up with my friend Shelly Telly and others on the steps of City Hall at 11.30 where we are going to do a 'To Russia With Love' shoot. She's going to make a short film and I'm doing the stills.

People are invited to come along and write messages of support to our LGBT brothers and sisters in Russia as part of an international day of solidarity. So, if anyone is going to be in Norwich on Sunday morning why not come along and join in?

September 8th is the International Day Of Solidarity for Global LGBT Equality and there will be marches, rallies, kiss-ins, photo-shoots happening across the world. "The time has come where we send a message to countries like Russia Uganda Iran and every anti-LGBT nation that all humans are created equal and deserve freedom"

The date September 8th was chosen as part of the prelude to the International Olympic Committee presidential elections on September 10th. It is an international response to the IOC statement that they consider the matter of LGBT Rights in Russia not to be a matter of their concern, equating the welfare and basic human rights of LGBT peoples as similar to their Article 50 as a political or religious movement.

Up yours, Putin.
