Back in church

3 weeks after the wedding (where does the time go?) and nearly a week since getting back from our holiday I was back in church this morning helping to decorate for the 'Pick and Mix' Harvest service tomorrow.

Lots of flowers and berries (some from my Rowan featured on Thursday) to brighten up the windows but not much fresh produce as we will give the harvest offerings to the Trussell Trust food bank in Bradford for families in need of emergency food.

Tins and packets are the order of the day rather than perishables. You can see some items in front of the alter but the window ledges and font were piled high too. There should be lots of home grown items though at tomorrow's horticultural show.
