Shower time

We had the first really heavy downpour for some time this afternoon, and this fellow was determined to make the most of it. He spent a good 10 minutes in this spot, lifting up first one wing until he'd got it nice and wet, after which he gave his wing-pit a good old clean-out with his beak, then on to the other wing to do the same. I wonder if he had a date tonight?
