Happy "Pod" Day!

Today, the pod arrived. What a sight to watch as it was moved into position. I took some cool video of the whole procedure. This is a great idea for people with a lot of stuff to move and sort through at the same time. This will aid us greatly as we continue to pack and sort and get to move boxes and bins and furniture items that we can get out of the house to make more room for more "packing and sorting" before the "BIG" move!

Pod ~

1. Botany
a. A dehiscent fruit of a leguminous plant such as the pea.

b. A dry, several-seeded, dehiscent fruit. Also called seedpod.

2. Zoology A protective covering that encases the eggs of some insects and fish.

3. A casing or housing forming part of a vehicle, as:
a. A streamlined external housing that encloses engines, machine guns, or fuel.

b. Aerospace A detachable compartment on a spacecraft for carrying personnel or instrumentation.

4. Something resembling a pod, as in compactness.

Well, It will be here until we move and then it will be moved to where we are going!

Today is a very odd day for weather. Luckily, It didn't start to downpour until the pod was delivered. My son is anxious to start bringing things out to it ... but he will have to wait for the heavy rains to pass. I feel a "naptime" coming on.
