Or as they are more commonly know, gladioli.

These beautiful flowers have slowly been emerging throughout the week & have now got such a beautiful red blossom, it really is eye catching.

It is one of my fellow temps last days tomorrow, & as I won't be in, it was out last day in the Office together today. Moses will be leaving the admin checking to the rest of us, a thought which I know will trouble him deeply, to embrace an adventure that will see him touch the shores of the Cook Islands, America, Australia, New Zealand & Thailand (dollar permitting). He's going to have such an experience & a great time seeing what the world has to offer. I would dearly love to be doing something very similar, taking blip along with me! He's going to be sorely missed as we've all become good pals, but hopefully we'll catch a glimpse of his travels every so often via a postcard of two perhaps!?

We'll be setting off on our own mini (ish) journey tomorrow - setting sail for the North & too usher in our final preparations for the Great North Run on Sunday in Newcastle. The time to stretch our legs has nearly come.
