Holiday Plans

Well after what seems like a long spring summer, being unwell, in various ways, having storms, weird weather, and trying to make life changing decisions, (still not accomplished!) as well as looking after our guests, at last the time has come (and I feel able, which is an achievement in it's own right!) to plan our own summer holiday.

The forecast for next week looks pretty good, mostly dry and sunny with temperatures up to 24° so we are going to the beach (my favourite - atlantic coast) and the mountains of the french basque country. Looking forward to that wonderful basque welcome and some of the super super basque food. And of course, some amazing scenery coupled with a few photos (yeah ok, lots of photos of that there is no doubt). Hoping to share some with you over the course of the week, but that depends on 3G availability, otherwise backblips will be the outcome...
