I can't believe his butternut squash fritters looked like this ... They may not be pretty ... but they were tasty all the same!

Back home last night and feeling hugely guilty about saying bye to my mum in hospital ... until I can get back down to see her. All this means I haven't thought, at all, about work tomorrow. Ho hum ... wonder what Monday will bring ... best not dwell on it I think.
