A lovely welcoming home sight! A small tortoiseshell let me get so close. Blue lights because of the blue on its wings. Better then the birds anyhow!

Sweet feather

I need to do so many back blips, but am utterly shattered - need yet another holiday! Came home & unpacked, walked round the garden, then went upstairs for a rest & fell asleep for hours - I had to share a room with my dad at the cottage & last night he snored ALL night, so I got no sleep :( So I'm glad to be back home in my own room! The weather was beautiful when we got back, so hot, but as ever it clouded over! Typical! Back blips starting tomorrow, just too tired out to do them all tonight! :) xxx
