Doesn't She Scrub Up Well?

We had to go to Exeter this morning and it was good to have the opportunity to have a wander round the 'big city'. There was no shortage of bliportunities but it's been a long time, five years in fact, since the West Front of the cathedral has been seen without scaffolding covering it. The restored stonework was unveiled earlier in the month and I think that makes it worth a blip. Worth a look Large, I think

It's a fine looking building and Cathedral Close is always a good place to be. Even with a lot of people around the place it has an air of serenity about it. This is an HDR shot as you might note from the exaggerated details and saturation but I think it works well and hope you do too.

I hope you're feeling clean and shiny too!
