Pet Stroller Revisited

Yet another pet conveyance.I feel like some weird magnet for these things. This was at the Farmer's Market downtown; animals are not allowed, but I guess people figure the stroller trumps the rules. Plus it doubles as a market basket. You do have to look carefully to see the little doggie face here.
