BOTTOMLESS PIT

Kind of hectic today so just caught a bit of action at the feeder. My oh my, this fellow is getting a bit chubby - but maybe that’s good with winter coming on. Interesting to watch the bits of seed fly as he chewed each one - he had 'crumbs' all over his beak. I wonder just how much he actually ingests – obviously he’s getting plenty!
