Tacos al pastor

My internet is a little hit and miss tonight so I'm typing this up as quickly as I can.

Some of the best food I've had so far has been at the street stalls which come out in the evening. Tonight's dinner was succulent strips of pork that had been marinated in chile, topped with pineapple and grilled on a spit so the pineapple juices run down over the meat, served on a tortilla that is fresh made before your eyes, topped with onions, cilantro, lime, salsa, radish, cucumbers. For a mere 10 pesos a piece, it was heavenly. Washed down with a cold glass of jamaica.
