A Right Royal Tea Party

Carole and I went on a mini adventure...as I was driving...to Rawtenstall. We had been told about a tea shop there and so we went to investigate. A Right Royal Tea Party was in the town centre. We had a little mooch around the shops and then as the heavens opened we sought shelter....and sustenance. What a gorgeous place, it lived up to it's reputation.

The drive home was horrendous on the motorway as the spray and surface water was dreadful. It was much brighter when we arrived back but I'm not sure if that means we've had the heavy rain or it is following us here. Anyway I'm off to the Trafford Centre shortly to catch up with Debbie.
