Ready to Fight

Young warriors accompanied by their mom on New York's Upper West Side.

After waiting much of the morning for a rug to be picked up, we headed off in the afternoon for the Guggenheim Museum, where our main attraction was to an exhibition on Robert Motherwell's early collages (1940-50). I'd never seen any of them before (to my recollection), and they were a revealing discovery. Even Marylee was gradually drawn to them :) A good afternoon, still a bit jet-lagged as were.

Dinner at Gabriela's (Mexican) on Columbus Avenue, much quieter than usual.
