everybody out

Most boats are now out of the water for the winter. The crane was there on Saturday to lift them.

Maybe some have different insurance (or no insurance) and can leave them in all year.

The owners enjoy getting them out. Lots of jobs to do. Cleaning the hull, some painting when spring comes around...

Not a very resourceful Blip, but I'm a bit desk bound at the moment - and of course it's almost dark when I finish work.

In Edinburgh tomorrow, and then off to Bavaria on Friday, so variety may improve a bit.
