Devilla

I travelled to Stirling today for a meeting - an awkward trip.

I always like to take the train to meetings if I can. That way I can work or relax depending on how I feel. Driving feels like it's just time added onto the meeting, and a waste.

But Stirling means a change of trains in Edinburgh, and Scotrail doesn't do fast ones on the route to Stirling. A 90-100 minute trip (assuming all goes to plan). 60 minutes by car.

Plus I'd probably have been caught in the Edinburgh rush hour on the way back...

So, the Audi got the nod.

I stopped for a sandwich halfway - just before Kincardine. Nice to get off the road and into the Forestry Commission car park at Devilla. A wee bit of fresh air too.
