Gym which takes up all the morning - did my first 4000m on the rowing machine at 21 mins & 43 seconds, I'd be happier once I get to 20 minutes or under, but as it was my first, it's not bad, I guess! Although knees still hurt, especially the right one, but not as bad as they were. Barnstaple in the afternoon for shopping & laser prints, home in the rain, dark & the wind.. it's only going to get worse *sighs* xxx
