Ti Kouka in Monochrome

A quick blip from the bike today; after a good physio session today I headed out on the bike down the valley for a quick jaunt to further stretch the legs. On the way, I passed by my favourite cabbage tree, which currently is in spectacular bloom.

Once again, I've decided on mono treatment as a change to the near eye-searing green that's currently surrounding us here in the Valley. Plenty of texture on display once more...

The Southerly Change arrived not long after I shot this, so it looks like the next couple of days may mean a rethink on those sunsets accompanied by evenings on the bike I had planned. Ho hum.
