Mr M and I visited my niece again at her college in Oneonta, New York. This deli is a favorite among the students - it stays open 24 hours a day from noon on Sunday until 8:30pm Friday, then closes and reopens on Sunday. Natural and organic ingredients, the inside reminds you of being in a tree house. Very nice.

We hiked for two hours in spite of wind and occasional sleet. Lovely day with a lovely girl.

My father is in the hospital for the second time in 6 months with pneumonia. He is feeling much better, but it seems to me he doesn't bounce back as quickly or as completely as he has in the past. Thankful for his faithful doctor.
