Steady!

"Take it steady!" shouted the leader of the cycling group as we pedalled along this slippery board walk. There were five of us. Little did I know what was to happen next...

...on the way back along the towpath, one of my fellow riders swerved next to me, caught my handlebars and shot me head first into the canal. Now I don't reckon that counts as a friendly gesture. And what's more, he is a fellow Blipper (no names mentioned).

Have you ever dived into a canal, fully clothed in November? No, neither have I, until this morning. And my phone is bust. But my trusty little Canon is still going so I can bring you a picture to illustrate my misfortune.
