Superb Home Made Char Siu

We're still working our way through the pork tenderloins that were on offer at Giant last week at the bargain price of around $5 a pair. Tonight we had Tom's home made char siu pork along with my favourite Ken Hom chilli shrimp and a bag of spinach sauteed in oyster sauce. It was delicious. The plan was to eat half the pork tonight and save the rest for sandwiches on Tuesday. Considering there are two more snacking days before then, it will probably have to be tuna sandwiches come Tuesday!
