Lovely Roast Chicken

I didn't really feel like cooking tonight, but I'm glad I made the effort, this was delicious! Roast chicken, roast potatoes, brussels sprouts and home made gravy with bacon, shallots, rosemary, sage and thyme. Did I mention it was delicious? :)
