Festive Statue of David

I have photographed this statue in a strategic enough way so as not to offend anyone. It stands in the garden of a house facing a busy street in Kemp Town, next to the Co-op, and, it has to be said, has become quite a talking point!. I couldn't resist blipping it today having seen it decorated in such a coy way for Christmas.
Since moving to this part of Brighton I have made so many good friends, many of whom do not have a great deal of money. However, they are the most generous spirited people I have met anywhere. Today, one of the group put on the best afternoon tea I have eaten for a long time. Lots of laughs, chats and carb delights. Great.
