A slightly more relaxing day today. No wrapping, cookie making instead.

Made my usual mega oat cookies but cut down the amount of golden syrup and I think they are better for it. Less crunchy and more chewy :))

Also made spiced Christmas star cookies for the first time. The recipe contained orange juice but said it could be swapped for brandy. So I did. :))

Thinking ahead to the weekend now and getting excited! ;-)))
