How does santa get down the chimnea?

In this case, santa has help from hotel employees and a ladder! Every chrismas the hotel just jown the road from me has a lifesize posable santa strapped to various parts of the building, I was lucky enough to catch Santa's helpers helping him onto a chair overlooking the road, much more comfortable for him than when he was hanging off the building or when he slipped and fell off the roof, dangling from a balcony for a week. Im sure he will need all the rest he can get before Tuesday night.
