Cheltenham

The weather was pleasant today, in fact probably the only dry, and a little sunny, day of the week. So we headed south to Cheltenham, in particular Pittville Park & Estate, an area of parkland and lake, laid out by Joseph Pitt in 1825, centred with a magnificent pump room, now used for functions and weddings.

We had a good walk with Dylan around the two parts of the estate, a poplar area with dog walkers and parents with young children.

The estate also holds a good number of Regency houses, gated at one end.

After our exercise we drove out of town to Blooms garden centre where we had a spot of lunch and a drink before heading home.
