Masala Dhosa

One of life's delights. When in Leicester, without the dog, I always try to pop in to Mirch Masala on Market Street for a Masala Dhosa, which is made from a blend of rice and lentil flour. Heaven for a coeliac like me who has to eat gluten free. I like the hot masala sauce and the even hotter coconut chutney on the side. A fresh hot cup of tea washes it all down. I was in Leicester today for an OU French tutorial. Just me and one other student and the tutor, but we had a very productive session and the time went quickly. Then over the road to Mirch Masala.
