Catching Up

Friend left this morning after breakfast. :(

Took husband's truck to the dealership to get checked out, as it has been shaking at certain rpms. Seems to be a misfiring that should be fixed by changing the spark plugs. So we'll take it in next Saturday again.

Hunted all over town for a particular type of fencing material to enclose our garden, since the recent ice storm destroyed the greenhouse. Didn't find any today.

Now finishing up some brief projects and house work. We will be spending the night at home, probably planning out our first week of paleo meals.

As a side note: One of the resolutions was to trim all dog's nails once a month. However, our most recent rescue dog (Swift) refused to leave momma's (my) side with daddy for the nail trimming. So, I convinced husband that trimming his nails in bed wasn't such a bad idea.
