WEEK 93: oops...not 14 again!!!!
AIM: to get to lowest by end of Jan.
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 13!!
COUNTDOWN: 215 miles

Well sadly as I predicted the weight went on the week after and so I didn't make last weeks aim, but at least the walking total is up! I've set my self a new longer term aim that I am really going to work towards.....I had also decided to give up crisps and bread but failed on that on day 1...but tomorrow is another day:))
