AIM: TO GET TO MY LOWEST BY END OF JAN 3 meals and only 1 snack allowed!
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2 only
COUNTDOWN: 213 miles

Well at least I managed to get under that dreaded 14 again but I'm am really serious about getting to my lowest by the end of Jan. unfortunately I have been poorly most of the week and extremely busy at work so have only a managed 1 walk and that did me in for another day!!!

Here's hoping for a healthier week with more walking and less eating.
