Snowy Driveway

Temperatures rose a bit further today, to around freezing. A bit of snow fell last night, and even less around noon--as in this image from the corner of our front porch (the sun was barely getting through the clouds, casting a faint shadow to the left of our car).

In the foreground you see the path which I blipped a couple of days ago, looking in the opposite direction. The day before that I posted the wide sheet of ice which is still behind the house on the right. It should start melting as it warms up dramatically--but it will also rain, possibly simply leaving a deeper pool :(
