Our outing today took us to the Woodworking Expo which featured displays, workshops and vendors. There are many woodworkers in this area, particularly in the winter months. Men and women were more than happy to share their love of their art. The quality was incredibly high. Several carvers sat at tables displaying their beautiful carvings while chatting with those of us plying them with questions. Vendors sold a variety of woods, patterns, tools and books. We were asked to do the impossible - vote for our favourite work of art on display.
