In a Contrasting Blue

5.3C and rather grey with thin cloud and breezy.

Early grocery shopping then we decided to take Maeve the Deerhound round the usual walking route. Walking down the field with the bridle path to the shore the breeze felt raw and we were glad we had wrapped up warm.

Down on the beach the tide was further in. There were a lot of dog walkers with dogs. All much better mannered than the Jack Russell (called Roger) which disturbed Maeve's walk yesterday. Maeve , to her great credit, didn't bark at any of the dogs which surprised me after yesterday. She is usually quick to bark at dogs when she is on the lead after she has had a fright.

Apothecary7 and I both pottered about at the fishermen's huts to look for things to blip. Mine is from a big plastic tank. I liked the little splashes of paint in a contrasting blue :-)
