The Pepper Patch

Moe fun and games with my smart phone and an old MS graphics/effects program that's a favorite.

T'oday we've traveled through Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and are now staying outside Montgomery Alabama. I've learned a bunch of stuff in our travels watching the countryside roll by - Alabama is a coal producing area and is home to the International Peanut Festival, Arkansas has historically produced almost half of this country's rice, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital is in metropolitan Memphis Tennessee and is huge, and my favorite off the interstate, backroads, name for a small town is Marked Tree Arkansas. I can just imagine how it got it's name - "Hey Zeb, I've marked a big Oak down by the river where there's some good bottom land to farm".

Oh yeah - after last night's game the New England Patriots are in the finals for the AFC championship next Sunday. One more win and we're Super Bowl bound.

... and the adventure continues.
