Agnes Falls

"Victoria's highest single span falls, with a drop of 59 metres". Obviously this is just the top of the waterfall. Not a huge amount of water flowing, due to the lack of rain recently.

I did a lot of practicing with my ND filter, both at the beach and at this waterfall whilst away. My conclusion (and also after doing some in NZ last year) is that an ND 400 is just not dark enough to get a long enough exposure on a bright antipodean beach in mid-summer. I'd rather not use f22, but even at that I can only manage 2 to 3 seconds before over exposing. The waterfall was darker, so a bit better. Time to buy myself a bit of welding glass I think...
