Pink evening

Dusk

purple pink
swallowed by
black branches
heralding somber
hues of night


A soft slide from day to night, laced with pink.

We have a car issue that remains a question until the engine light returns and they can read the code to replace the offending part. It's one or the other expensive part, but which? The codes have been cleared and when we see the light and feel the lack of acceleration we need to get the Saab to the shop for the diagnosis. That could be today , or if it follows the pattern in a few days, grrrr.

Other than that the day has been quiet. Of course I am unsettled. The pinkness has helped soothe things a bit.

For the Record,
This day came in cold with black ice and frozen droplets on the trees and bushes, but warmed up nicely.

All hands are healthy.
