Take a moment to stop

Roedd yr afon yn dawel bore 'ma yn yr awyr oer. Mae'n dda cymryd eiliad i stopio. A gwneud dim byd. Ac yna mynd i'r gwaith.

The river was quiet this morning in the cool air. It's good to take a moment to stop. And do nothing. And then go to work.
