Pondering....

I caught up with Daughter E in the city, we had a wander along the walkway at Sumner Beach and a light lunch out.

A time to chat and ponder over this coming year. Some things have fallen into place rather nicely while others have taken a little more work, a little more decision making and soul searching with yet more changes. I think she's now sorted and all is good.

Lots of cloud in Christchurch today, a bit of a breeze coming off the sea which by the end of our walk had us quite hot. Surf school had a few takers learning to ride the waves, a couple of container ships were waiting for their call, plenty of walkers like ourselves were striding it out and of course the sea gulls were continually gliding and searching for food. I quite liked this thoughtful one of Daughter E, sort of sums up our day together.

After being out all day its time I did a few jobs......Happy Wednesday blippers :)
