Leucistic Crow In The Pink

Didn't get to Fishers Green until 4.00 pm. I shot some coots fighting and walking on water. Got a nice position where the setting sun was casting a golden stripe on the lake and shot swans intersecting it. Very tempted to post one where the bird is swimming in molten gold.

Saw a great crested grebe hanging around where a pair nested last year and shot my lovely blue-eyed goose again.

I have decided to post this crow that I often see at Hooks Marsh. It has a few white feathers. The pink background is a willow that has just started to bud up. I love the pink, yellow and copper colours of willows coming into bud.

The pink on the crow's plumage is the setting sun.
