Yes, I know it's dull. But so was my day.

Don't know why but I was in a funny and grumpy mood today.

I had to leave work early for a Doctor's appointment - I get my lungs checked on a semi regular basis because of my asthma - the good news is my lungs continue to recover. And I've been moved on to a new drugs regime - one month on, one month off. The doctor reckons that I could be drug free in a year or so - which is marvellous news what with the next Olympics coming up in 2016.

I reckon I'm a shoo-in for the 5 mile amble with iPod.
