Tile is done!

They need to be cleaned off as the grout was just put on today -they are very dusty, but the tile is done! The kitchen BEFORE is on the left and what it looks like NOW is on the right :) My now photo is a bit grainy, please excuse -but you can get a sense of what it looks like. When all the tiles get cleaned off on Monday, it will look even better. I like the warm tan color much better than the shiny white.

Good news - the granite counter install is scheduled for Thursday, earlier than expected! We will need to get the electrician and plumber to come in after that, hopefully the following week. The appliances will need to be installed, but I know it will happen all in good time. Before the counters arrive, Fred will paint the kitchen and living room a nice off white. The 'end' is just a few weeks away . . . .  then I'll have to "move back in" to the new space and arrange it all -yikes. Actually, I enjoy  doing that set up . . . .
