Not a Sunday joy ride....

...but the annual Triathlon which just so happens to goes past our place, well the bike section! Very hot morning but no wind - funnily enough the water section had to be canned because of rough water!?

Panning is not easy, but I was reasonably happy with this one as I could see his eyes and the concentration and commitment his face showed. Colourful chap eh?
